Here's What's Happening:Sunday, March 21
10:30 a.m. - Worship Service, "When Home is a War Zone," with Meg Soens. In every community, there are homes where people suffer at the hands of the one in whom they placed their trust, their intimate partner. We'll explore this surprisingly common situation, and how Love calls us to respond. Following the service, Erika Meyer from "REACH Beyond Domestic Violence" of Waltham will answer questions and lead a discussion on how church communities can help. Rev. Laura Cavicchio will also attend the service and be available afterward to meet with any parishioner who would like to talk. Nursery care provided for infants and toddlers. Sunday school for preschool through Grade 6. Seventh and eighth graders will attend the service.
Sunday, March 28
9:00 a.m. Pancake Breakfast.
10:30 a.m. - Annual Youth Service, "Masks." The youth service this year will focus on the theme of "masks." What are the masks that we all wear in our lives, and what is behind these masks? Our youth will explore this rich topic in mini-sermons, poetry, story, music and skits. Come to church early and enjoy a pancake breakfast prepared by the junior high youth group to raise fund for their projects and activities. Nursery care provided for infants and toddlers Sunday school for Preschool through Grade 4 Grades 5-8 attend the service.
